t3aj.com is a social network aimed at providing a repository for Arabic slang language and helping to bridge the cultural and generational divide.

For those of you wondering, "t3aj / طعاج" - is a Lebanese slang expression originating in the 1990's amongst teenagers literally means "bend", or "warp", but metaphorically expresses dismissal of a person, a person's presence, ideas, or arguments, generally said in a passive aggressive but often comical context.

Sample conversation:

Person 1: "I think civil marriage must be enforced everywhere in the world"

Person 2: "I don't think so, for obvious cultural reasons, this cannot be implemented anywhere, and considerations should be taken"

Person 1: "cultural considerations have nothing to do with it, so it should be enforced"

Person 2: "tab ok whatever, t3aj!!"
