Literally means: "This is a day when the sun did not come out"

Usually used when the day starts badly and all the wrong/bad incidents keep happening.

Sample conversation:

Person 1: Oh, it's not my day today, I woke up late today, there was no water or electricity at home, and on the way here i got a ticket, then my pc crashed .. oh .. it's all just soo bad.

Person 2: Hey, what's all this ... dah youm matel3etloush shams.
