Toli3 Bi Booz El Madfa3 - طلع ببوز المدفع

"Toli3 Bi Booz El Madfa3 - طلع ببوز المدفع": Lebanese Slang, literally means "he was put at the tip of the canon", metaphorically refers to someone who has taken the blame generally on behalf of someone else or a whole group, i.e. was the sacrificial lamb.

Sample conversation:

Person 1: "you remember that night when we were out and a big fight happened"

Person 2: "yes, I remember, it was these two big guys going at each other! but poor Tarek, he was standing there minding his own business, and I think ended up getting punched in the face! poor him, when the fight started, he was standing too close to one of the guys, toli3 bi booz el madfa3!"

Egyptian Slang: Literaly means "Go sit in a dry place".  The expression is used to dismiss someone, i.e. tell them to "get lost".
