Egyptian Slang: Literally means "wipe out dust - dust off", metaphorically, it is used to tell someone to ignore another person or an idea or an argument.  Very close to another slang in Egyptian, or "7la2lo/حلاقلو ", basically used to say "ignore him / her / it!".

Sample conversation:

Person 1: Your friend Mohsen is calling you man.

Person 2: Ya man, Naffadlo (ignore him)!!

I am not sure if it truly is used in Egypt or not but those are typical Lebanese language words.

Halaklo = Zahato = as in he got rid of him (kicked out).
Nafad = clean or clear the dust away
Nafid = is also used when you are smoking and need and ashtray to Naffid the cigarette.

Manfada = Ashtray.
