Kellna bl Hawa Sawa

In English means: "We're all in the wind together".  It is used to express unification of a group of people around the same situation or problem. It is similar to the English phrase: "We're all in this together" e.g.

Person 1: "Nobody had the time to solve more than 50% of this exam"
Person 2: "I think I'm gonna have to repeat the course"
Person 1: "Kellna bl hawa sawa my friend"

Saye3 (صايع) is a very common word in Lebanon and dates as far back the mid 80's as far as I know.

You may add Saya3 (plural) too... used in a passive way.
