"Ma Btefham" or "Ma Byefham" literally means she or he does not understand, but is used metaphorically to express admiration, fondness, or liking something i.e. "akalet sandwich halloom ma byefham" which means "i ate a very tasty Halloomi sandwich"
Literal Translation: "You there, in a hurry, stop! I'll tell you a story" This expression is used with reference to a situation where someone in a hurry faces all possible obstacles that end up hindering him furthermore from reaching his detination or meeting a deadline, etc... Very much similar to: " A traffic jam, when you're already late" refering to any element coming in one's way when one is in a rush. Also said when it seems like everything is stalling one in the accomplishment of a given task.

Person 2: "No way! I thought you had a presentation for that client we met the other day! "
Person 1 : "Yes!! today out of all days! I have so much to do and it's been that way all day ever since!"
