"Salbeh - سلبة" - Lebanese Slang. Origin of the word is the verb "salaba - سلب", "to take away", and hence literally means, it is something or someone "which 'takes your attention', or 'catches your attention', by extension: "takes your time away". Metaphorically though, the word is now used to refer to someone or something cool or funny or hip!

Person: "I just bought a PS3, man I spent hours on it, it's so much fun, shoo hal salbeh (what a 'salbeh')"!
This expression belongs to street slang and is commonly used by young men to praise a young woman over her heavenly figure. Nowadays, it may be used in a sarcastic context to tell a person indirectly that they have gained some weight.
