Literal Translation: "From the Babooj to the Tarboosh" - Babooj (بابوج) was the old style turkish traditional shoe 
(pointy and old), and the tarboosh (طربوش) was the old style turkish red had with hanging black threads. Therefore, "Men El Babooj lal Tarboosh" metaphorically means from head to toe.
