cardsIn a famous card game in the Levant called "Baasra" (باصرة), you gain points by winning some specific cards, and also by winning the most number of cards.  The game being a 2 player game, you may reach a stage, where both players have gathered the same number of cards i.e. 26 cards each (the deck of cards being 52 cards).

In such a situation, we would say: "el wara2 boot" (الورق بوط), meaning both players ended up with exactly the same number of cards each.

The word "Boot"  (بوط) is of unknown origin.
