"Mesh Bayes Temma Ella Emma" - Lebanese Slang - it means no one has ever kissed her lips other than her mom. It is usually used between guys to describe how prude a girl is.

Person 1: "wow man, look at this girl, she is very hot"
Person 2:  "no man , i know this girl, mesh bayes temma ella emma!"

Being hot does not mean you are bad girl. This is refering to a girl where she has not been out and about and never been out with a guy before not even kissed anyone.. i.e. Still a virgin on all levels.
