"Baz2a Bil Ba7er": Lebanese Slang, literally means "a spit in the ocean" or actually "a drop in the ocean", refers metaphorically to something that has little impact or effect [refer to Egyptian Slang "Zawba3a b Fengaan"]

Sample conversation:

Person 1: "He's going to recruit one more person in his team to cope with the workload"

Person 2: "Baz2a Bil Ba7er, the workload is so huge, one more person will not make any difference"
