"Shashma" is a word used in old Lebanese colloquial to mean "bathroom", probably inherited from the days of the Ottoman rule in Lebanon. The word is still used by some old people.
Lebanese Slang, literally means "You are part of my neck's bones", metaphorically means "you are a dear close friend, so don't mention it".
Sample conversation:
Student 1: "I hope I will pass the test because my dad would crucify me alive if I don't graduate this semester"
Student 2: "man Hatt Ejrek bi May Berdeh, I gave you the right answers!"
Student 1: "Thanks ya zalameh... if you did not help, I would have been in deep trouble"
Student 2: "Walaw... Enta Men 3dam El Ra2beh"
