Illo Eh - قلو ايه

"Illo Eh / قلو ايه" - Lebanese Slang - Literally means "say yes to him".  Used when someone is saying something you do not necessarily believe about another person, you just tell him "... illo eh...", or "illo eh.... marhaba!".

Sample conversation:

Person 1: "you know i was talking to Rani the other day, and he said that he managed to lose 20 kilos in one month!"

Person 2: "what??"

Person 1: "seriously, and then he went on about how he's been promoted and has a team of 100 people reporting to him now!"

Person 2 (disbelievingly): "illo eh man, illo eh..."

"Shoo Bta3mil el Mashta bel Wejj el 3ekish" : Lebanese Slang, literally means "what would a hairdo do to an ugly face", and is used to refer to an ugly person trying to look better (but failing to) by wearing nice looking cloths or getting a hairdo etc.
