Farjini 3ard Ektafak -

The translation means show me your shoulder width, metaphorically means  "go away", "take a hike" depending on the context, could be considered rude i.e. .

"Tannshou / طنشوه" - Lebanese Slang meaning "ignore him", or turn a "deaf ear" to him!

Sample conversation:

Person 1: "He asked me to call him once we know what our plan is for the evening, so he joins us"

Person 2: "Dude, he is such a bore, forget about him, don't call back, "Tannshou /
