"Zi7eh 3al Fay, El Ashta bit 7ammid Ta7t Esh Shams": Lebanese Slang, literally means "Stand in the shades, because cream melts under the sun", is a form of a vulgar compliment addressed to a woman, meaning you are very beatiful, or you are as sweet as fresh cream [refer to "Mzawwaz"]
"Illo Eh / قلو ايه" - Lebanese Slang - Literally means "say yes to him". Used when someone is saying something you do not necessarily believe about another person, you just tell him "... illo eh...", or "illo eh.... marhaba!".
Sample conversation:
Person 1: "you know i was talking to Rani the other day, and he said that he managed to lose 20 kilos in one month!"
Person 2: "what??"
Person 1: "seriously, and then he went on about how he's been promoted and has a team of 100 people reporting to him now!"
Person 2 (disbelievingly): "illo eh man, illo eh..."
